Payment Terms

Pricing

Our pricing is outlined on our website and in service agreements. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with notice to existing clients. Price changes will not affect active service agreements unless mutually agreed upon.

Billing

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Late payments may result in suspension of services and may incur late fees. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or explicitly stated in your service agreement.

Confidentiality

Termination

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability
• Warranties that services will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Warranties regarding third-party platform algorithms or policies

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Newtation and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with or reference third-party platforms and services (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Google SGE). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, functionality, or policies of these third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act.

Changes to Terms
